Booking Terms and Conditions
We aim to make your cat’s stay as enjoyable and stress free as possible
- All cats are required to have up to date vaccinations and vaccination cards will need to be shown to a member of staff prior to admission.
- Charges include both the day of arrival and the day of departure, unless the cat is picked up before 12 noon (this is to allow staff the opportunity to thoroughly clean and disinfect the pens for new arrivals).
- If you are paying fees by cheque your account must be paid in advance, all cheques should be made payable to ‘Mornacott’.
- If your cat becomes unwell whilst with us we reserve the right to consult a veterinary surgeon. We will do our very best to contact you in these circumstances. All veterinary fees incurred must be settled on collection.
- The cattery is open over the Christmas and New Year period; however we do charge for a minimum stay of five days. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
