Major structural works completed at Little North Hayne
A red letter day with the bulk of the major refurbishment works at Little North Hayne completed.
This characterful cottage on the other side of the valley from Mornacott has been the subject of extensive rebuilding and refurbishment works requiring new windows and doors, major repairs to the roof and some internal remodelling.
The major structural work is now completed and all that remains to be done is a spot of decoration, the plumbing of a new kitchen and bathroom and the replacement of the staircase.
We’re well on schedule to complete within the next two months, subject always to weather and the availability of tradesmen.
